Project overview

We are looking for a Linux Middleware Architect for a 6-month renewable mission in Massy.

Technical environment of the service:

Linux, Vmware, MSSQL, IIS, IDM, clustering, cloud. Consultable in the ITRB.

Expected service:

Design of the technical architecture of the requested solutions on its French and international sites, according to numerous characteristics and constraints, ensuring technical consistency and the maintenance of the information system throughout its evolution, by studying its impact on the existing or future architecture.

• The expected application architecture service concerns the upper layers of the OSI model. Hardware layers are the responsibility of other dedicated technical architects (network, server, storage). The HLD and LLD delivered by the service provider serve as input specifications for the hardware architects.
• The urban planning file
• The security file
• The functional needs
• Defines the environments that will be installed (qualification, pre-production, ...)
• Describes the type of architecture chosen (2-tier, 3-tier, thick client.)
• Justifies the choices made in terms of technologies for physical components and their use
• Designs, justifying the choices, an architecture that meets the need for availability, security, and scalability
• Specifies the choices for virtual components (VmWare, number of servers and version, ...)
• Determines the licensing methods for upper-layer software
• Justifies the choices made in terms of technologies for middleware components
• Justifies the choices of security services selected (Identity Management / Authentication / Access Management / Resource Directory)
• Specifies the needs of the operational service (Supervision / Backup / SLM / Scheduling)
• Mastery of DICT concepts and suitable solutions to address them
