PLEASE NOTE: This assignment is not available for direct freelance deployment. Deployment can only take place through a secondment agency/supplier or through a payroll/employment contract. The activities will be carried out under the direction and supervision of a public executive organization, meaning independent deployment is not permitted. Offering suppliers must be able to be included in the chain. For this, WAADI registration and a G-account are required.

Candidates who wish to participate as self-employed entrepreneurs can only be proposed when they are deployed through an authorized secondment agency or employment contract.

They are moving towards a situation where we will go to the office in The Hague 1.5 days a week: 1 fixed day every week, and 1 fluctuating day every 2 weeks.

Assignment Description

Please note that before you offer a candidate, you must read the Offering Guidelines, use the "standard response format" (downloadable during the offering procedure), and the CV offered must be a Word document of a maximum of 5 A4 pages.

The EZ tender has been (partly) awarded to the combination of Yellow Friday and Sogeti. The secondment of non-own personnel is done by Yellow Friday. Contracting (and therefore account management) is done by Sogeti. There is no question of sub-leasing or tariff stacking here, because we are one provider to EZ.

DICTU is looking for a senior Technical Administrator Red Hat Linux (RHCSA and Ansible) with extensive knowledge and experience at this level. The Confidential Information (VI) department handles the Technical Management of a highly secured platform on which cluster applications run. The Technical Administrator is part of the Linux Facilities team and is responsible for the management of the Linux VM platform. In addition, the Technical Administrator will assist in the further development of the container platform, including automation using Ansible Automation Platform.

In addition to daily management, we expect the Technical Administrator to also implement innovations in the tooling we use, such as Zabbix, Elastic, Logstash, free-IPA, and Satellite.

On-call duty (24/7) and regular work at the location (The Hague) are part of the execution of the activities.

Background of the assignment

We pay a lot of attention to the security of this data by applying the latest techniques, because we do not want this data to be easily leaked.

Due to the many improvements and adjustments in the area of privacy, more control over your own personal data, making this data available centrally and up-to-date, and data minimization when issuing this data, the latest ICT standards are necessary to fulfill this ambition. Think of hybrid cloud solutions, container technology, API management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions, and all this within a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA). All of these are very important for keeping the Netherlands running.

The continuity, security, and confidentiality of the data are therefore of absolute top priority, which makes the work very challenging. Your drive for innovation and up-to-date expertise is a requirement, and your creativity and curiosity will certainly come into their own.

DICTU is, among other things, a supplier of infrastructure management and new construction services. Very high demands are placed on the data center regarding availability and security. The security requirements that apply go beyond departmental confidential.

Requirements

Candidate is Red Hat RHCSA certified.

Candidate is certified in Ansible via EX371 or EX374 or EX457.

Candidate has more than 5 years of demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Ansible playbooks, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Candidate has more than 3 years of demonstrable knowledge of and experience with AAP, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Candidate has more than 3 years of demonstrable knowledge of and experience with GIT, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Wishes

More than 3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience within complex environments with a high security level. Supported by concrete projects and role description in the CV.

Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Cloud infrastructure. Supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Additional Information

Sub-leasing is not permitted. Delivery by Yellow Friday to EZK is via Sogeti. There is no question of chain formation/sub-leasing here, because Yellow Friday carried out the tender together with Sogeti and is the formal subcontractor.
