Linux / VPN Trainer

Project overview

Mission Context:

As part of the skills development of its IT teams, our client is looking for a Linux trainer to support a team of 3 to 4 people, mainly accustomed to Windows environments.

Mission Objectives:

The objective is to impart the necessary knowledge and best practices for getting started with Linux and understanding VPN environments, through practical support adapted to the participants' level.

Main Missions:

Profile:

• Support the team in discovering and using the Linux environment.
• Present essential commands and system administration best practices.
• Cover how VPNs work, their configuration, and main diagnostic operations.
• Conduct practical simulations and exercises directly applicable to the client's context.
• Impart the methods and reflexes needed to foster the team's autonomy.
• Answer technical questions and share best practices from the field.
• Proven expertise in Linux system administration.
• Good knowledge of network and VPN environments.
• Experience in training, technical support, or skills transfer.
• Pedagogical skills, listening skills, and ability to adapt discourse to an audience from a primarily Windows environment.
