- Coordinate the daily work within the team of warehouse employees.
- Monitor and adjust order processing to ensure it is safe, complete, and on time.
- Coach and address employees and guide their development.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and agreements made.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the operation.
- Recognize improvement opportunities and realize them together with the team.
- Bring calm, structure, and clarity to the workplace.
- Guide colleagues in preparation for the move to the new logistics building in 2027.
- Coordinate with the team manager, fellow coordinators, and other departments.
- HBO work and thinking level.
- Experience in warehousing, transport, or a combination thereof.
- Experience in guiding or managing employees.
- Insight into logistics processes and systems.
- Keen eye for safety, quality, and improvement.
- Analytical thinking skills, decisiveness, and a pragmatic attitude.
- Possess a B-VCA certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
