$23.03 an hour + $1.00 shift premium; $24.49 + $1.00 shift premium after 90 days.

Reporting to the shift Team Leader, you will operate and monitor packaging equipment to safely produce high-quality ready-to-eat popcorn products at our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, support food safety and quality standards, and help maintain a clean, efficient production environment.

• Prioritize safety while operating and monitoring packaging machines to deliver quality products to customers
• Inspect packaging materials to confirm proper forming and sealing and monitor equipment to prevent line jams
• Document quality and production results, including code dates, material usage, and metal detection checks
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Participate in ongoing improvement efforts to enhance efficiency across the production line
• Support equipment sanitation and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of basic machine operations and equipment settings
• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
