Responsibilities
- The consultants will ensure the stable management of the 'Aktiv' application, including incident management, technical maintenance, further development, knowledge transfer, and providing necessary capacity and expertise.
- Staffing the PLÖS function (daily incident management) on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Handling incidents and problems, technical management, further development, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Services will be delivered through integrated teams consisting of Swedbank employees, supplier consultants, and potentially personnel from other suppliers.
- Work is generally to be performed from Swedbank’s premises or another approved location.
- Full adherence to Swedbank’s requirements regarding information security, data protection, EU data residency, confidentiality, and third-party risk is mandatory.
