- Sorting mail and creating invoice batches by company
- Monitoring, preparing, and analyzing invoice compliance
- Digitizing invoices
- Supporting suppliers in setting up mail capture
- Managing mail capture rejections
- You have a good aptitude for IT tools, SAP
- You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
- You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, good organizational skills, and priority management abilities
