Context of the mission

Our client, the technology subsidiary of a major European asset management player, is strengthening its Finance team of six people, responsible for financial steering. Reporting to the team leader, you will work on a scope including international entities. The mission starts as soon as possible.

Profile sought

• Build the annual budget and rolling forecasts, detailed by internal and external clients, build/run, FTE and other IT expenses
• Monitor actuals, analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecast, and optimize budget allocations
• Produce and distribute monthly reports and KPIs
• Prepare and lead monthly budget meetings with managers
• Model different scenarios
• Budgetarily approve purchase requests in Ivalua
• Create budget lines and accounting codes in Ivalua and the Oracle ERP, in coordination with Accounting
• Control and correct provisions
• Reconcile commitments and accounting actuals by budget line
• Calculate profitability by product and by client
• Identify improvement levers: pricing, operational costs, economies of scale
• Participate in the transformation of the finance function: automation, integration of an internal AI solution into financial processes, consolidation and reporting under Power BI

Remote work: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.

Profile sought

You have solid experience in management control or operational finance, ideally in IT and in a multi-entity international environment. Rigorous with deadlines, you work easily cross-functionally with business, purchasing, finance, and HR teams, and are a driver of continuous improvement.
