Project overview
HR Manager
As a member of the HR Management Systems team, your role will focus on the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of our products and resources. You will enhance operational and organizational efficiency, align HR technology and processes with our business goals, and facilitate continuous improvement in Qualcomm’s user experience for our employees.
This person should have a background in Workday Talent and Performance Management and serve as a Product Owner within an Agile delivery model, partnering with stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable user stories, and guide delivery teams to achieve business outcomes. Key responsibilities include the execution of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, program plans for the Annual Review process and execution of our Annual Review cycle.
