Manager/Senior Manager Learning Experience and Enablement

Remote | 40 Hours/Week Our consulting client is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Experience & Enablement to lead enterprise workforce transformation initiatives that drive learning, adoption, employee capability, and business performance. This role partners with senior client stakeholders to develop and deliver strategies that connect learning, change management, communications, performance support, and workforce enablement. Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce capability, learning, adoption, and organizational change.
• Lead large-scale learning and enablement programs tied to business transformation initiatives.
• Drive complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong team development.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and solution design.
• Contribute thought leadership and best practices in learning, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled enablement. Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in learning & development, workforce enablement, employee experience, organizational development, or change management.
• Consulting experience advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Expertise in learning strategy, workforce adoption, performance consulting, change management, and employee engagement.
• Experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills. Preferred
• Prosci certification or significant change management experience.
• Experience with AI adoption, digital transformation, or workforce readiness initiatives.
• Experience supporting C-suite stakeholders and global teams.
