Context
The mission consists of support work and management of the "Account Justification and Technical Operations" team.
Within Accounting, this team is made up of 7 employees, 6 of whom are in Porto.
Missions
The service must ensure:
Tools & Environment
- Monitoring/coordination of the team's missions, including analysis, reconciliation, and booking of balance sheet accounts, monitoring of bank suspense accounts, entry of operations and technical accounts
- Review of processes and validation/improvement of the account reconciliation process
- Implementation of KPIs for balance sheet accounts and account reconciliation
- Identification of anomalies/dysfunctions, definition and monitoring of action plans
- Support/training of employees in Porto
- Technical and technological skills expected in Technical Insurance Accounting / Data
- Mastery of Excel and SAS
- Essential functional skills:
- Operational team management
- English mandatory
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to analyze and present large and complex data synthetically and exhaustively (in an environment with many SOs and chain breaks)
