What will you do

As Manager Technology Center Brainport (TC|B), you will lead a unique collaboration between education and business. Within TC|B in Deurne, you will work on the development of technical talent and ensure that students are optimally prepared for a future in technology. You will work closely with employees, students, regional partners, and affiliated companies from the Peel region.

You are responsible for the daily management of the team and create a professional, safe, and inspiring work environment. You will monitor the quality of education, focus on results, and provide direction for developments within technical education. You will also play an important role in the connection between education, business, and Lifelong Learning (LLO).

• Leading, coaching, and developing the team within TC|B;
• Stimulating and further shaping activities around Lifelong Learning (LLO);
• Monitoring educational quality, student results, and examination;
• Translating strategic policy into concrete actions within educational practice;
• Initiating, guiding, and implementing educational innovations;
• Maintaining and strengthening collaborations with regional partners and technical companies;
• Contributing to the positioning and further development of Technology Center Brainport;
• Actively participating in the Core Team Technology & Engineering.
• A completed HBO or WO degree;
• Demonstrable leadership experience within education or a comparable professional environment;
• Affinity with technology and technical training;
• Experience with team development and coaching leadership;
• Knowledge of quality assurance, examination, and educational development;
• Experience with change processes and educational innovation;
• Strong communication skills and a connecting style.
