We are growing and looking for a Manual Tester who combines strong skills in manual and exploratory testing with practical experience in test automation. We are looking for someone who can look at the application from the user's perspective, cares about product quality, and actively supports the team in delivering reliable software.

We value people who show initiative, clearly communicate risks and recommendations, and effectively collaborate with the entire project team. An important element of this role will also be the practical use of AI-based tools to improve the testing process and increase the efficiency of daily work.

What will you be doing?

What we expect from you:

• Prepare, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Conduct manual and exploratory tests of web applications and APIs (REST).
• Test APIs using Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests in Playwright (TypeScript or Python), together with the team.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and closely cooperate with developers in their diagnosis and removal.
• Identify areas where automation can bring real value and propose improvements to the QA process.
• Utilize AI-based tools to increase testing efficiency and support daily QA activities.
• Clearly communicate quality risks and recommend actions that can improve product quality.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.
• Practical experience in manual and exploratory testing.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and experience in API testing (Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI).
• Practical knowledge of Playwright and the ability to write simple tests in TypeScript or Python.
• Practical experience in using AI-based tools to improve the testing process and increase the efficiency of daily work.
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach and initiative in identifying risks and proposing improvements.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
