About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II, NPI to support manufacturing process development and production readiness. This role will collaborate with Development and Manufacturing Engineering teams to define manufacturing requirements, prepare production lines, and finalize inspection procedures.

Manufacturing Readiness

• Coordinate with Development and Manufacturing Engineering to define and document component manufacturing requirements and processes throughout the device development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to confirm manufacturing line readiness, ensuring the appropriate equipment, space, and staff are prepared.
• Inspection Procedures
• Finalize inspection procedures, including defining inspection sample sizes and selecting inspection techniques and gages for each lot of parts.
