Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing/Communications Coordinator to support product data accuracy and coordination efforts for a food manufacturing organization in Frisco, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at managing high-volume information, working independently, and maintaining precise records across customer-facing platforms. In this role, you will help ensure product details remain current, compliant, and accessible to internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update product information in external platforms, including Syndigo, to support customer and distributor access.

Enter and revise key item details such as UPCs, ingredients, allergen statements, descriptions, and new product information.

Monitor product records for completeness and accuracy, investigating inconsistencies and resolving data issues promptly.

Provide timely product information support to internal teams and coordinate responses to business requests.

Help safeguard compliance by ensuring published product content is accurate and up to date across all assigned systems.

Manage a steady volume of data-related tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to keep product content aligned with current business needs.

Requirements

Strong experience using Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and detailed information.

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record management.

Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and take corrective action independently.

Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to customer-facing product information platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience in marketing coordination, communications support, project coordination, or operations coordination is preferred.
