We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist for our client in the banking sector.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Marketing automation activities to drive business KPIs, e.g. product sales targets for PeB FI. Backfill specialists gone for longer leave / job rotation.

• You most likely have a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing, or similar
• You have documented experience (> 2 years) with omni-channel campaign building in Marketing Automation solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360/Marketing Automation, or similar
• Experience with Data Science and web analytics and use of various tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or GA
• Preferably, you have experience working in Agile teams or SAFe, but this is not a requirement
• Strong communication skills in English, ideally also in Finnish

• Marketing Automation Experience: Do you have at least 2 years of documented, hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360 or similar?
• Omnichannel Campaign Building: Do you have practical experience independently building and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, including customer journeys, segmentation and personalized communications?
• Data Science & Web Analytics: Do you have hands-on experience with data analysis, web analytics and tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Google Analytics?
• Educational Background: Do you hold a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing or a related field?
• Language Skills: Are you fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders?
