Marketing & Event Purchasing Consultant - Freelance - Roissy (95)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Consultant to strengthen the Marketing Purchasing team for one of our clients, a major international group.

You will be responsible for purchasing services in three categories: marketing, business travel, and events (seminars, conventions, challenges, events). Your missions:

Beyond operational tasks, you will be proactive in structuring the activity management. You will create reporting tools, simplify practices, make the purchasing process more understandable for internal teams, and share best practices.

Conditions

• Conduct consultations and tenders for your scope, from needs assessment to contracting;
• Negotiate with suppliers on financial and contractual aspects;
• Advise internal requesters and support them in the purchasing process;
• Track orders and assist other buyers in the team;
• Implement service contracts and manage terminations;
• Ensure activity reporting.
• Start date January 4, 2027, for 6 months (renewable)
• Based in Val-d’Oise (95), Roissy area, with occasional travel to another group site.
• Remote work: 2 to 3 days of remote work per week
