MarTech & Marketing Operations Specialist (interim)

Project overview

As a specialist, you will be responsible for the technical management and optimization of marketing tools within the regional teams of the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Build and maintain automation flows within Salesforce and Pardot for regional campaigns
• Set up and improve lead scoring models and lead management processes
• Link marketing activities to concrete sales opportunities
• Prepare reports on performance and marketing attribution for the three markets
• Visualize ROI and results per marketing channel
• Monitor database quality, segmentation, and GDPR compliance
• Optimize the MarTech stack and phase out redundant tools
• Streamline marketing operations processes across different markets
• Support the technical backend and automatic follow-up of webinars and online events
• Ample, practical experience with MarTech and marketing operations
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and the broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Demonstrable experience with marketing automation, database management, and process improvement
• Experience with lead scoring, lead management, and automation flows
• Strong analytical skills for translating results into reports and attribution insights
• Technical affinity combined with commercial insight
• Independent work attitude and quickly deployable in an existing MarTech environment
• Good collaboration with various disciplines and international colleagues
• Good command of the English language
