Job description

Your mission will be to carry out technical upgrades on vehicles to make them suitable for various tests. You will be involved in heavy goods vehicle mechanical operations such as replacing mechanical components and assemblies, as well as installing ballast frames. You will also be responsible for loading embedded software, ensuring its smooth execution.

You will participate in troubleshooting and initial diagnostics, using your logic and analytical skills. You will be able to read and interpret a schematic electrical diagram, and design the appropriate wiring harness. This work will be carried out in direct collaboration with the design teams, within a project dynamic.

As a project team member, you will need to ensure clear and structured communication with various stakeholders using office and project management tools. You will work in a collaborative and technical environment, within a workshop integrated into a design office.

This position, based in ST PRIEST, is for a 6-month renewable mission.

Candidate profile

With a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in Mechatronics, you have 2 years of experience in a similar role.

You are curious, rigorous, methodical, and enjoy teamwork. You have solid skills in mechanics, electricity, and electronics on vehicles, ideally acquired in the automotive sector. You are proficient with diagnostic tools and know how to use them effectively.

Basic knowledge of technical English is expected. You must be able to read documentation, understand professional emails, and follow written instructions in English. Holding a heavy goods vehicle license (category C) would be an additional advantage.
