Our pharma agency client is looking for a Medical Editor to join their team. This will be 6+ months to fte, 40 hours per week and remote. You'll be part of a collaborative creative studio environment where attention to detail directly contributes to the quality and integrity of healthcare communications. Responsibilities " Edit and proofread promotional, educational, and scientific materials. " Verify claims against source materials, references, and supporting documentation. " Ensure consistency with style guides, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
" Collaborate closely with writers, medical reviewers, and creative teams. " Support quality control efforts throughout content development and review. Requirements & Qualifications " 3+ years of medical editing experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices. " Strong understanding of FDA-regulated promotional environments. " Experience participating in MLR review processes preferred. " Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional accuracy. " Strong knowledge of AMA style and healthcare content standards.
