Medior / Senior Tester - Test Automation Engineer (contract)

Project overview

Testing and automation within the management team of the BAS application for RVO:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Aligning test specifications with stakeholders and developers and assessing testability
• Analyzing risks and converting them into suitable test scenarios
• Automating functional regression tests
• Converting test scenarios into automated regression tests with scripting (JavaScript/JScript) within Selenium CS2
• Contributing to the further development of the test automation infrastructure, such as CI/CD pipelines, GIT workflows, and code reviews
• Providing input for the release recommendation
• Monitoring the progress of test automation for the DIP applications via a dashboard
• Completed HBO/WO education
• Minimum of five years of experience in independently setting up test automation and automating regression scripts
• Minimum of five years of experience working according to Agile/Scrum, with Topdesk and with Jira
• Minimum of five years of experience in creating test scenarios from functional specifications and business rules, and in connecting business and development teams
• Minimum of four years of experience with (Java) scripting, Robot Framework, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
• PSM I certification
• Preferred: minimum of two years of experience with the Dutch Central Government
• Preferred: PSPO I and TMap Next Advanced certification
