Project overview
Volunteering Executive (Six-month Fixed Term Contract)
Reports to: Location: Senior Volunteer Engagement Specialist
Hybrid; 3 days per week in the office, remainder from home
Office: near Liverpool Street station
Contract: Full-time on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, with possibility of conversion to
a permanent contract
Salary: £33k-£35k per annum plus generous benefits
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (some additional hours needed for event
delivery and evening committee meetings)
Volunteer Programme Management
Administer the volunteer recruitment process from enquiry to exit, delivering excellent client services
Work with volunteers and staff to advertise volunteer roles ensuring the volunteer recruitment process is correctly followed.
Support the matching of volunteers with roles and the vetting process while liaising closely with volunteer groups and staff leads
Manage the onboarding process for new volunteers
Manage volunteer data and update reports on key metrics
