As part of its CRM application evolution and maintenance projects, we are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Designer-Developer to work on applications intended for business advisors.

Main Missions

The consultant will be involved in project management (MOE) activities, covering technical design, development, testing, deployment, and application maintenance phases.

Responsibilities

Profile Sought

We are looking for an experienced designer-developer with solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and the Power Platform.

The candidate must be able to work autonomously on technical design, development, maintenance, and incident resolution activities in a demanding application environment.

They must also demonstrate good collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams composed of developers and Business Analysts.

• Analyze technical needs and interfaces to be implemented.
• Perform technical analyses, estimate workload, and provide recommendations for backlog construction.
• Monitor assigned User Stories, respecting established workflows and processes.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to good development practices and code quality.
• Ensure the sustainability, maintainability, and evolution of applications.
