Microsoft Teams Room Deployment Specialist

Project overview

We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Teams Room Deployment Specialist to support the installation, configuration, and rollout of Teams Room technology across multiple Northeast Ohio locations. This role focuses on deploying, testing, and troubleshooting conference room solutions, including Microsoft Teams-certified hardware, cameras, microphones, touch panels, and related collaboration technology. The ideal candidate has prior experience configuring Teams Rooms in a corporate environment and can quickly contribute to a fast-paced deployment effort while working closely with an experienced lead specialist.

This is a contract opportunity, on-site in Northeast Ohio.

Compensation: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour, W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, test, and support Microsoft Teams Room solutions across multiple corporate locations.
• Install and troubleshoot Teams-certified collaboration hardware, including conferencing, audio, and video equipment.
• Partner with IT teams to provision devices, integrate room technology, and ensure a seamless end-user experience.
• Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues within meeting room environments while documenting processes and best practices.

Requirements

Employment Type: Contract, roughly 3-6 months

• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with HP/Poly or other Microsoft Teams-certified conferencing hardware, AV equipment, and room technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve meeting room, device, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
