As a Mid-Level Backend Developer, you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, helping build robust and scalable banking solutions to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications to support banking operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance and ensure security standards are met.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest backend development trends and technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong programming skills in relevant backend technologies.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 6 days in the office per month.
• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level).
