Project overview
Senior Quality Engineer (Mobile) | London (3 days onsite) | Up to £415p/day Inside IR35 (via Umbrella) | 12 months
I'll cut straight to the chase, I'm working with a global consulting firm who are on the lookout for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a mobile project in the banking space. It's a 12-month initial contract, and the job is about engineering quality into the product, not just running tests at the end.

Contract is paying up to £415p/day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella), with 3 days per week onsite in London.
- Building and maintaining mobile test automation for iOS and Android (Appium, Katalon or similar)
- Testing and automating across the mobile and API layers
- Getting in early with engineers and Product Owners to shape testability and risk
- Improving automation reliability, CI/CD and quality reporting
- Senior quality engineering experience, including 3+ years of mobile automation
- Strong hands-on iOS and Android testing
- A good understanding of Swift, Kotlin or similar, plus solid debugging skills
- CI/CD experience (eg GitHub Actions)
