Job description

This position, based in TOULON, is for a 6-month mission.

You will join the Shipyard Production Coordination and Launch Department to ensure the operational readiness of submarines and surface vessels.

You will participate in structuring the repository (WBS, OBS) and implement the schedule management plan.

You will build the baseline schedule by synchronizing all trades (studies, production).

You will define interface milestones and ensure consistency with the overall program objectives.

You will monitor activity progress and lead schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.

You will analyze schedule deviations, perform scenario simulations, and propose corrective action plans.

You will prepare internal communication materials and provide regular reporting to management.

You will capitalize on lessons learned (REX) to optimize methodologies for future programs.

Candidate profile

You have a strong command of project management and schedule planning.

You are proficient in conducting meetings and naturally integrate into multidisciplinary teamwork.

You demonstrate analytical skills, good synthesis abilities, and genuine daily autonomy.

You communicate with ease thanks to excellent interpersonal skills and a proven cooperative spirit.

You ideally know the business processes and quality management system of the naval sector.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
