Work environment
- He coordinates the actions of our service providers in his domain
- In collaboration with the Network specialist and architects, he participates in defining the Group's Network standards
- He may be involved in crisis meetings organized during major incident handling (P0 / P1)
- He alerts his manager (IT Operations Manager) when he detects the handling of one or more ITSM tickets with anomalies (method, follow-up, or delay)
- He may be involved in weekly technical steering meetings with service providers (Cotech)
- He monitors his capacity planning with the IT Operations Manager
- In collaboration with his manager (IT Operations Manager), he contributes to the continuous improvement of best practices for his areas of responsibility
- In collaboration with his manager (IT Operations Manager), he contributes to risk analysis for his areas of responsibility
