Network Architect
Hybrid Working – Dublin or Cork
6 Month Rolling Contract
Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Lead the development of HLD and LLD for complex LAN and WAN upgrades, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current network infrastructure, identify improvement opportunities, and align designs with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on network architecture best practices, technology selection, and implementation strategies.
- Documentation: Create detailed and comprehensive design documents that serve as the blueprint for successful network deployment and upgrades.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network architecture with a strong background in designing HLD and LLD for LAN and WAN environments.
- Experience with SD WAN
- Deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and security practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent) are a plus.
