Project overview
Non-Functional Test Engineer
Start Date: November 2026
Requirements
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital channels and integration architectures
- Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, security and non-functional testing
- Experience defining NFRs, test strategies, test cases and quality metrics
- Ability to perform root cause analysis using logs, metrics and monitoring tools
- Exposure to automation, CI/CD pipelines and Test-as-Code approaches
- Knowledge of Java or TypeScript (Python beneficial)
- Experience with Jira/Xray and structured test management processes
- Banking or financial services background required
