Project overview
As secretary of the Objection Advisory Committee (BAC), you will support the advisory process for objection cases related to the childcare benefits scandal.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Reviewing and examining extensive objection files within the applicable legal frameworks
- Preparing hearings and ensuring accurate reporting
- Participating in the council chamber and contributing a well-founded legal vision
- Drafting final advice after the council chamber session
- Working in a hybrid environment with at least two to three days of presence at the office in Utrecht
- Completed Master's degree in Law at WO level
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting legal documents, draft advice, and analyses
- Experience in advising on or acting in administrative law proceedings
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative law, including preparing and facilitating discussions
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Preferably experience as a registrar at a court or as a secretary for an objection advisory committee
