We are seeking a senior Portfolio Leader to lead the Finance Transformation Programme. This is a tough, gritty programme director role requiring Billing and Oracle Fusion delivery experience.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end delivery of the programme, hold partners and suppliers to account, and drive the programme through to live operation and benefits realisation.

• Lead the Finance Transformation Programme, reporting to the Transformation Director.
• Own programme governance, the integrated plan, budget, RAID log and reporting to steering and executive forums.
• Lead delivery of the Billing and Oracle Fusion components of the programme.
• Take delivery through design, build, test, data migration, cutover and hyper care.
• Direct systems integrator and vendor partners and hold them to contracted scope, quality, cost and timelines.
• Make and drive decisions, escalate where needed and resolve issues so delivery keeps moving.
• Manage dependencies with the wider Client's change portfolio, including technology, data and integration activity.
• Lead finance stakeholders through process, organisational and ways-of-working change.
• Build and lead the programme team, including workstream leads and PMO.
• Senior programme director experience leading finance transformation.
• Hands-on delivery experience of Billing and Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Track record of taking complex finance system programmes through to go-live, including recovering programmes in difficulty.
• Experience managing systems integrators and vendors commercially and contractually.
• Experience reporting to and influencing executive sponsors.
• Experience working within a professional services, financial services or regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Programme or project management certification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP desirable.
• Tough, resilient and tenacious, with the grit to drive a demanding programme to completion.
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communicator with both finance and technology audiences.
• Able to work with teams across time zones.
