Responsibilities

• Functional Leadership
• Lead business process discovery and design workshops with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Retail solution capabilities.
• Provide expertise across retail business processes, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Review and challenge business requirements to align with Oracle Retail best practices.
• Support business journey mapping and end-to-end process definition.
• Solution Design
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define the target solution architecture.
• Assess business gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support configuration decisions and validate proposed solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Oracle Retail functionality.

Requirements

• At least 6 years as an Oracle Retail Functional Consultant, Oracle Retail Solution Specialist, or Retail Domain Consultant
• At least 6 years of retail industry experience, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and retail operations
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail solutions
• Business process discovery, journey mapping, and solution design workshop leadership
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Retail SaaS implementations and retail transformation programs
• Stakeholder management across business, IT, executive, Oracle SME, and implementation teams
• Translation of business requirements into Oracle Retail solutions and best-practice process designs
