Mission Description

Integrators price an implementation based on its technical scope: interfaces to build, legacy specifics to retain/rebuild, custom and standard release reports. As Oracle Technology Lead, you will lead the technical workstream for Phase 0 of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. You will translate the conceptual architecture into operational technical specifications for the tender (application scope, non-functional requirements, integration patterns, extension policy) and structure the technical governance before the integrator arrives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Technical scope document: applications, modules, interfaces, extensions, reports, and data conversions.

Complete interface inventory & Target integration schema (APIs, events, FBDI/HDL, middleware).

Legacy Disposition Register for Oracle EBS and Dynamics NAV.

Extension policy ("Clean Core" principles, Visual Builder / Redwood rules) and technical standards.

Environment management strategy, releases, Oracle quarterly updates, and automated testing.

Drafting of the Tender Pack's technical annexes, managing the bidders' Q&A, and technical scoring grid.

Definition of the Technical Design Authority's terms of reference.

Candidate Profile & Essential Criteria (Weighting: 3x)

Experience: 10+ years of ERP technology experience.

Oracle Fusion Lead: At least 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/HCM) implementations, with at least one as a Technical Lead from start to finish.

Tender Experience: Proven experience as a client-side Technical Lead on an ERP integration tender (specifications, bidder responses, scoring).

Oracle Integration: Operational mastery of Oracle Fusion integration technologies: REST/SOAP services, Business Events, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Oracle Extensibility & Reporting: Expertise in Visual Builder Studio, Redwood UI, "Clean Core" governance, OTBI, BI Publisher, and BICC.

Legacy ERP Knowledge: Technical knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite or Microsoft Dynamics NAV application landscape.

Languages: Fluent professional English.

Desirable Criteria

Dual technical expertise in Oracle EBS AND Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Official Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation certifications.

Experience with automated testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.

Experience interfacing with Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Kyriba, or BlackLine.

Candidate profile

Hybrid – London (UK) + regular travel to Paris and Brussels

Contractual Status / IR35: Service Provider / Contractor (Intended Outside IR35)
