Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Organisational Development Specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate key learning and talent programmes, manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, and provide hands-on support within an experienced OD team.

What you’ll be doing

· Coordinate annual OD activities, learning programmes and talent initiatives.

· Coordinate leadership and apprenticeship programmes, partnering with HR and key stakeholders to manage nominations and allocate limited programme places.

· Publish the annual learning curriculum and coordinate external training courses.

· Manage supplier relationships, budgets, contracts, invoicing and procurement activities.

· Coordinate programme logistics, events, communications and day-to-day administration.

· Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc OD projects.

What we’re looking for

· Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

· A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

· Proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to combine programme coordination with hands-on administration.

· Experience in organisational development, learning and development, talent or HR programme coordination is desirable.
