Our client in the Health and Pharma sector is looking for a part-time Scrum Master (50%) M/F

Mission Description:

Context

Within the Data, Digital, and Information Systems Directorate of an independent pharmaceutical laboratory, a team is deploying and expanding a centralized software and data solution for managing biological substances and samples. Having recently transitioned to a product mode, with a Business Owner–Product Owner tandem, solution owners, and stream leaders, the team is looking for a 50% Scrum Master to ensure the Scrum framework, facilitate interactions, and support them towards sustainable self-organization.

The Scrum Master will work part-time to support the team in its agile practices, foster its performance, and assist its evolution towards self-organization.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

Scrum Master, Fluent English, agile psm, CSM, kanban, Safe, Design Thinking, Backlog Refinement

• Facilitate Scrum rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Backlog Refinement, Review, Retrospective)
• Facilitate internal communication and, if necessary, with external stakeholders
• Facilitate synchronization between teams for dependency management
• Support the team towards self-organization and multidisciplinarity
• Promote a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation
• Identify and remove obstacles (internal or external) to team performance
• Fluent English is mandatory (international context)
• Minimum 5 years in an agile environment, including a minimum of 3 years in the role of Scrum Master
• Previous Product Owner experience strongly desired
• PSM I / II or CSM agile certification appreciated
• Mastery of agile methods and their implementation (Kanban, Lean, SAFe)

Information regarding teleworking:

2/3 days of work per week

minimum 2 days on site
