Description of the assignment/assistance

Patient's Test Results is a national collaboration service that makes test results available across organizations and treatment levels. Helse Vest is participating in the piloting and further development of the service in collaboration with Norwegian Health Net, the Directorate of Health, and the other health regions.

The purpose of the assignment is to ensure coordinated and effective piloting, and then implementation, of the service in Helse Vest, as well as to contribute to further dissemination and benefit realization in the healthcare service. The client wants assistance with project management, coordination, and follow-up of activities across national and regional actors, including handling of risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.

The result of the assignment should be that planned implementation and development activities are carried out in a structured manner, that necessary decisions and deliveries are followed up, and that the service can be transferred to ordinary management and further development.

The project currently has an engaged consultant in the role, and the option period for the current assignment is expiring.

Consultant's tasks

· Lead and coordinate implementation and development activities related to Patient's Test Results

· Ensure collaboration and progress across Helse Vest IKT, the health enterprises in Helse Vest, Norwegian Health Net, the Directorate of Health, and other health regions

· Lead the work with technical, organizational, and process-related clarifications related to the implementation and further development of the service

· Follow up on risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholders

· Contribute to benefit realization, anchoring, and transition to ordinary management

· Work with risk and privacy assessments

Competency requirements

· Relevant experience as a project manager from larger organizations, preferably the health and care sector

· Documented experience with complex projects with many stakeholders and dependencies

· Experience from collaboration with national actors, suppliers, and cross-organizational environments

· Experience from handover of solutions from project to operation and management

· Experience from Helse Vest or other specialist healthcare services is desirable

· Knowledge of electronic health record systems as well as laboratory and radiology systems is an advantage

· Good technical understanding

· Experience with ROS (Risk and Uncertainty Analysis) and DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) work

· Good oral and written communication skills
