Assignment Description

The RijksZaak program of DICTU is looking for an experienced Pega LSA to join the project team. The work primarily focuses on customer projects, including initiatives within RDI DMG and/or I&S. The work area is mainly in the Groningen and Zwolle regions, with a physical presence of approximately one day per week, combined with hybrid working.

Within this role, the Pega LSA fulfills a hybrid, multi-layered position and works closely with other LSAs. The focus is on analyzing, documenting, and understanding processes and systems, as well as assessing business models and their alignment with technological solutions. This involves actively contributing to the integration of business and IT, considering both the current setup and future developments.

In the role of Pega Business Architect, the development of Pega solutions is supported in line with the strategic objectives of the organization. Simultaneously, the architect makes a substantive and meaningful contribution to broader strategy and planning. This role combines elements of both the Business Analyst and the Business Architect, thus transcending the traditional interpretation of both functions. The result is a professional who not only translates what is needed but also contributes to direction, coherence, and added value within the overall landscape.

Background of the Assignment

Within the RijksZaak program, a standard application service for case management has been developed. The service is built on the Pega and Alfresco products. A central team (the 'Basisdienst') operates from Zwolle, managing and maintaining the core system. Through various implementation projects, connections are established for different government organizations (the 'Klantprojecten').

Requirements

Assignment is not suitable for freelancers due to DBA law.

Minimum completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.

Experience in the role of Pega Lead Architect (3 years).

Experience as a Business Analyst (3 years).

Experience with implementation projects (3 years).

Work experience at the knowledge level corresponding to CPBA and CSA certifications. This should be demonstrated with concrete examples in the CV or motivation (3 years).

Wishes

Extensive knowledge of process modeling, business consulting architecture, and working guidelines.

Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of Pega systems, including Pega Designer Studio™ and Pega Express.

You are Pega Certified Senior System Architect - Pega, demonstrated by a certificate.

Experience with and/or knowledge of the setup and collaboration of workflow and document management, particularly Alfresco with Pega.

Experience with and/or knowledge of OpenShift and Alfresco.

Experience within a government organization.

Experience with Pega Mobile Client.

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain and Principal Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid - WKA).

The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.

We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account.

This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad.

You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter.

In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
