Project overview
The assignment consists of permit processing and guiding a new colleague within the APV and Special Laws team.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Conducting preliminary consultations with organizers of events in risk categories B and C, including the fair, King's Night, and King's Day 2027
- Processing permit applications for approximately 20 events in risk category B
- Providing input for the onboarding program of the new employee
- Involving the new colleague in ongoing permit procedures
- Explaining points of attention for each requested event
- Holding discussions with organizers and advisors such as police, fire department, and GHOR
- Referring to previous evaluations and complaints from prior events in the case system
- Going through the permit process according to the Safety Region's Guidelines
- Checking the quality of the new employee's permit process
- HBO work and thinking level in a legal or safety-related direction
- Demonstrable knowledge of the APV (General Provisions on Public Order Act)
- Demonstrable knowledge of Special Laws
- Demonstrable knowledge of the General Administrative Law Act
- Demonstrable knowledge of the safety region's process description for event permit processing
- Experience with the CLO case system and Digimak
