Personal Assistant

Project overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Personal Team Assistant to join a large, matrix investment organisation based in the city of London, providing administrative support across a busy Fundamentals Equities platform. This role is a contract for 12-months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant with a background in a large financial services organisation, who enjoys working with sizeable teams and supporting senior stakeholders across multiple functions. We are looking for an individual who enjoys being the admin support to wider teams, and being a team player.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You will have several years’ experience supporting large teams within financial services, investment banking or a similarly complex corporate environment. You’ll be professional, adaptable and detail-oriented, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks, manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal direction.

A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in team or executive assistance are essential.

• Coordinate research meetings, complex diaries and global schedules.
• Organise venues, offsites and travel arrangements.
• Manage expenses and general administrative requirements.
• Provide flexible, platform-wide support, assisting with team overflow and covering gaps where needed.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider administrative team.
