Pharma Copywriter (FDA)

Project overview

Our Life Sciences agency client is looking for a Pharma Copywriter to join their team. This will be 6+ months to fte, 40 hours per week, and remote. You will be writing FDA copy for a US Pharma brand.

Responsibilities

• Write FDA copy for websites, email campaigns, digital ads, social media, eDetailing, brochures, video scripts, and sales materials.
• Work closely with art directors, strategists, account managers, and medical science liaisons to drive integrated multi-channel campaigns.
• Guide copy quality across multiple projects while incorporating feedback from creative, medical, regulatory, and client stakeholders.
• Work on multiple copy deliverables at once while meeting timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising, marketing, or healthcare communications environment, with portfolio examples from concept through execution.
• Portfolio showing strong writing craft across campaign concepts, headlines, long-form copy, digital, CRM, social, and presentation work.
• Experience adapting copy for HCP, patient, payer, or disease awareness audiences while maintaining strategic and medical accuracy. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
