Project overview

The pioneer is tasked with shaping the spatial development and housing program and improving the work processes of the ORO team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and leading the "spatial development and housing" program
• Advising the college of Mayor and Aldermen on housing policy
• Advising the management team on the design of the program manager role
• Improving work processes, methods, and work agreements within the Spatial Development & Environment team
• Taking responsibility for the housing task from spatial planning
• Supporting the manager in terms of process management and work organization
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the past 9 years within municipal organizations in a leadership role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and optimizing work processes
• Minimum 2 years of experience in spatial planning, permit granting/supervision & enforcement, or sustainability
• Work experience in more than 4 organizations, each lasting longer than 6 months
• A CV of a maximum of 5 pages, drawn up in Dutch, with at least 2 references
