As a pioneer, you will work on the future of AVU as a regional collaborative organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Developing a clear future vision for AVU as a regional collaborative organization
• Organizing the collaboration and capacity needed for the new organization
• Monitoring alignment with the administrative wishes of the participating municipalities
• Exploring and developing new core tasks in the field of circularity and raw materials policy
• Strengthening the position and added value of AVU for the participating municipalities
• Maintaining administrative relationships with municipalities, administrators, and regional partners
• Further professionalizing the organization and governance
• Bearing responsibility for the strategic development of the organization
• Completed education at a minimum HBO-bachelor level, WO-bachelor level is recommended
• At least 3 years of experience gained in a political-administrative context
• At least 5 years of experience with organizational development, change processes, or establishing new collaborations
• Experience in advising administrators and political office holders
• At least 3 years of experience within a municipality or joint regulation
• Experience in the field of contract management and fulfilling client roles
• Knowledge in the area of waste management, raw material chains, circular economy, and public collaboration
