PKI and eIDAS Certificates Consultant (m/f) – Freelance Mission

Project overview

We are looking for a freelance PKI and eIDAS Certificates Consultant to strengthen the PKI and electronic certificates expert team of a major international bank.

Based in Lyon, you will support the team, lighten the RUN workload, process electronic certificate requests, and ensure regulatory compliance related to the eIDAS standard.

Our offer:

• Lighten the RUN workload and organize physical and digital files related to daily certificate requests.
• Perform Registration Authority tasks: receive orders and check the completeness and compliance of files.
• Register and validate orders on the certificate provider's portal.
• Track deliveries, handle complaints, and act as an interface with the provider's technical support.
• Support the PKI team on eIDAS-related topics and make necessary updates to existing regulatory documents.
• Organize, classify, and archive regulatory documents to ensure their accessibility, traceability, and proper referencing.
• Relay regulatory requirements to relevant employees and monitor the progress of deliverables.
• Provide user support on the use of electronic certificates.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic certificate management (PKI), with experience in Registration Authority activities.
• Good command of the eIDAS standard.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Rigor and organizational skills in checking and tracking files.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and support users.
