• Location: Hertfordshire
• Contract: 6 months (maternity cover)
• Rate: £35 per hour
• Focus: Managing and determining householder planning applications
• Estimated monthly take-home: £3,600–£4,000 approx.*
• Contract: 3-month rolling contract, with potential to extend up to 12 months
• Rate: £35–£40 per hour
• Focus: Working across a variety of planning backlogs and supporting the wider Development Management team
