PMO Consultant

Project overview

The mission consists of acting as an IT PMO to support the management and coordination of all projects in the Business Flow and IT team's portfolio. The consultant will be responsible for setting up, structuring, and maintaining project management tools to ensure tracking of actions, open points, requirements, risks, schedules, and deliverables. They will ensure the maintenance and updating of project schedules, the production of dashboards and reports, as well as the monitoring of various progress indicators.

They will also need to leverage existing tools, particularly Jira for tracking requirements, tests, and defects, and support project managers in their daily management activities. The portfolio includes various types of IT projects, including SAP deployments, Infor M3 ERP version upgrades, EPM and payroll solution deployments, as well as the coordination of release trains.

Profile Sought

The profile sought is an IT PMO Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar IT project management, coordination, and monitoring roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) is expected, along with a very good command of project management methods and tools. Excellent knowledge of Jira and SAP Cloud ALM is essential for tracking requirements, tests, defects, and project activities. The consultant must be able to structure reporting tools, maintain reliable schedules, monitor risks, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Experience with ERP deployment programs or IT system transformation would be particularly relevant. A project management certification, especially PMI, would be a significant asset. Fluent English is required. The profile must also demonstrate excellent communication, rigor, methodology, organization skills, and a strong ability to work with multiple project managers simultaneously.

Work Environment

The mission takes place in a multi-project IT environment, within a team dedicated to business flows and information systems. The consultant will work on a diversified portfolio including SAP, Infor M3, EPM, payroll, and release management projects. They will work in close collaboration with project managers and IT teams to ensure good coordination of activities, reliable reporting, and adherence to commitments. The work environment relies notably on Jira and SAP Cloud ALM, with challenges in standardizing management practices and consolidating information at the portfolio level.

The mission includes a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site and 2 days of remote work per week. The start date is scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2026.
