Project overview
IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | PMO COORDINATOR - NEEDS ACTIVE BPSS
3-6 MONTHS | £415 per day (Inside IR35 | Remote/Whitley (Occasional Office Trips)
A great opportunity for an experienced PMO Coordinator to support a large-scale technology transformation programme. You'll play a key role in driving governance, capability development, process adoption, stakeholder engagement, and PMO best practice across a complex delivery environment.
Requirements
¬ Strong PMO, project, or programme support experience within a technology-led environment
¬ Excellent understanding of project governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery processes
¬ Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, training materials, and communications
¬ Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience supporting onboarding, capability development, and ways of working adoption
Nice to have
¬ Experience working within large, matrixed IT organisations
¬ Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar delivery tools
¬ PRINCE2, AgilePM, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
