Context

As part of a strategic project, you will support two managers and temporarily strengthen the existing team. Your priority: manage the performance of intervention suppliers and launch a continuous improvement initiative. You will also temporarily represent management in certain cross-functional project bodies to free up time for the managers.

Profile Sought

The main criterion is solid prior knowledge of intervention and its ecosystem within a major operator. The position requires a quick grasp of the scope, and your references should demonstrate this on comparable missions.

• Prepare national supplier performance reviews: collect and consolidate data from nine regions, analyze results, and prepare messages for presentation.
• Identify areas for improvement per supplier and per territory; coordinate regional teams and work with the contractual department to prepare decisions.
• Monitor national and local action plans and support suppliers in improving their results.
• In conjunction with authorized managers and the contractual department, prepare the activation and monitor the implementation of necessary contractual levers in case of underperformance.
• Create an inter-regional performance committee, identify best practices, share feedback, and support their deployment across the territory.
• Participate in certain governance bodies and represent management's issues within the agreed scope.
• Identify issues requiring decisions or arbitration and report alerts.
• Produce essential meeting minutes and prepare synchronization points.
