Context

As part of the IVC program, our client, a major player in auditing, is undertaking a structural transformation of its processes, data, and tools around several major components:

SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and SAP S/4HANA. These projects have strong functional, technical, data, and organizational interdependencies, requiring transverse management from the ITS / Business Partnering side.

Main Mission

Ensure the transverse coordination of ITS / Business Partnering work on the SuccessFactors, CRM Salesforce/Engage, and SAP S/4HANA streams, to guarantee the overall coherence of the program, manage dependencies, secure interfaces, monitor risks, and escalate necessary decisions.

• Lead transverse coordination between the SuccessFactors, CRM Salesforce/Engage, and SAP S/4HANA streams.
• Ensure synchronization of ITS / Business Partnering work with business teams, support functions, Global/EMA, integrators, publishers, and program teams.
• Maintain a consolidated view of schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and open points.
• Identify cross-impacts between different tools on processes, data, repositories, interfaces, roles, controls, tests, and deployment.
• Secure alignment between business needs, France IT system constraints, and the global standards of the IVC program.
• Lead the monitoring of interfaces and inter-application flows between the solutions in scope and satellite applications.
• Coordinate work with architecture, data, EAI, iPaaS, security, application, and operations teams.
• Monitor transverse data topics: mapping, quality, consistency, migration, business rules, controls, and validation.
• Ensure consistency of employee, client, opportunity, commitment, project, time, cost, and reporting data across the different tools.
• Organize and facilitate synchronization meetings, scoping workshops, dependency reviews, and follow-up committees.
• Formalize decisions, actions, arbitrations, and points of attention from steering committees.
• Identify, qualify, and track risks related to planning, resources, inter-project dependencies, interfaces, security, compliance, and business impacts.
• Prepare necessary escalations to project or program bodies with a clear view of impacts and arbitration options.
• Contribute to the preparation of end-to-end tests between the different solutions.
• Coordinate the monitoring of transverse anomalies and associated remediation plans.
• Ensure that security, compliance, SoQM, data protection requirements, and internal ITS and client procedures are taken into account.
• Produce synthetic, factual, and decision-oriented reporting for ITS, Business Partnering, and IVC program bodies.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects or as a transverse PMO.
• Desired experience in IT system transformation programs involving ERP, CRM, HRIS, data, or integration.
• Good understanding of application architectures, interfaces, flows, repositories, data migration, testing, and security.
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, international, and highly transverse environment.
• Experience coordinating between business, IT, program, integrator, and publisher teams.
• Fluent English is essential.
