Seeking an interim professional to enhance quality processes within a disability care organization, focusing on policy development, implementation, and compliance with the Wet zorg en dwang (Wzd).

The assignment includes further professionalizing quality within disability care:
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Professionalizing quality processes within the organization
- Developing and implementing policy and procedures
- Further developing, introducing, and ensuring methodological work
- Ensuring the application of the Wet zorg en dwang (Wzd) in daily practice
- Handling complaints and translating signals into improvement actions
- Visualizing trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Advising management and teams on quality matters
- Supporting projects focused on improvement and implementation
- Completed education at a minimum HBO level, relevant to the position
- Demonstrable extensive experience in quality within the healthcare sector
- Experience within disability care is a plus
- Demonstrable expertise in methodological work
- Demonstrable experience with projects in change and implementation
- Knowledge of the content of the Wet zorg en dwang (Wzd)
- Strong advisory skills
- Availability of an average of 24 hours per week for at least six months
